| In general,30% TT in advance and the balance before shipment. Yes.The payment method is flexible. |
| Q5. How about bulk orders? |
| Custom logo or brand name according to customer's needs. Color and size is customizable based on clients' detailed requirement. OEM or ODM order is highly welcome. Sample is needed for product detail review before bulk order production. |
| Q6. How could I get a sample? |
| If you can not buy our product in your local area, we will ship a sample to you.You will be charged a sample price plus all related shipping costs.Express delivery charge depends on the quantity of the samples. |
| Q7.Could you design the door handle for me? |
| Yes, we not only a manfacturer but also a designer. Please let me know your target price, usage, quantity and then we could design the door handle with the right material and sturcture to reach your need. Cause the structure, material, quantity and logo all can affect the price. |
| Q8. How about shipping method order process? |
| For bulk orders, we will use the sea shipping way. For sample and small to medium orders, we will use international express, such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX etc. We will find a most suitable shipping method according to the situations. |
| Q9. Can I add to an existing order? |
| You can add items to your order until you confirm your payment details and complete the order. Once the order is confirmed, you can't add items to the same order. If you want to buy more items, please place a new order. |
